Business Manager/Public Liaison

Octavia Hicks earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 1996 and a MBA from Eastern New Mexico University in 1999. She has spent her professional career of 11 years as a Contracting Officer with the U.S. Government (NASA and Air Force). Octavia currently manages over $600M in contracts for NASA Langley Research Center. As the Business Manager/Public Liaison, Octavia organizes and manages the daily operations for NDB.
